This is an experimental blog written by students of OS Medvode, year 9. Every English lesson in the school year 2011/2012 will be described by two different pupils (one from the 3rd and one from the 2nd level group) in order to practice writing skills and have a better overview of what is going on in class. All non-offensive comments regarding the posts' content and this blog's concept are welcome.

12 September 2011 / Sandra Porenta
Today in the English class we first checked our homework by talking to our neighbor about it. We also had to guess which information was false in our neighbor’s text. Than we had to write five associations on the Life in the Middle Ages. After that we got words written on the pieces of paper, like: chocolate, car, castle, bicycle… and we had to write if the people in the middle Ages already knew and used that thing. Than we listened to a short text about English history and we also had to write the verbs in the text correctly. After that the teacher told us what the homework is and the English class was over.

Very well written. You might consider writing a longer post next time - to make it more challenging:)
ReplyDeleteOh, there is one "fatal" mistake in Sandra's post. Whoever finds it and writes the correction in a commnent, gets 10 bonus points. Let the competition begin...
ReplyDeleteThan is wrong. Then is correct. Sentence: Then we listened to a short text about English history and we also had to write the verbs in the text correctly.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Tia! You won 10 bonus points. Please remind me to note them down.
